Symptoms

For some approvers (not all) when they are using the Purchase Order (PO) Approval Notifications, the Edit Document and View Document Details links do not work.  An error occurs:

Steps
1.  User creates Purchase Order and submits for approval to an approver
2.  The Approver opens the notification
3.  The Approver clicks on the View Document Details or Edit Document link
4.  Error occurs
