Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Entry
When attempting to BOOK the sales order users are getting the following error message:
ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-01403:no data found in Package OE_Holds_PUB Procedure evaluate_holds_post_write
Note: But error message get disappeared once user enter the warehouse on the line.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to OM super user responsibility
2. enter order header and line details
3. once book the sales order user sees the error message.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot proceed with the sales order.
