Symptoms

On :  12.1.3 version, Apps rpt sets, rpt server, seeded rpts

Attempting to run the Synchronize WF LOCAL Tables program with orig_system 'HZ_PARTY' and receive the following error:

ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P033
ORA-01452: cannot CREATE UNIQUE INDEX; duplicate keys found
