Symptoms
When attempting to force assign a driver to a shipment (where both driver and shipment is in the past) when the order shows a date emphasis of BOTH, the driver is assigned successfully but the shipment is showing in the past
-- Expected Behavior
That when the driver is assigned to a shipment in the past where the order release is showing a Date Emphasis of Both that the current time would be used.
