Symptoms

Vertex O Series is not calculating tax,

In the tax debug the following error occurs

VertexInvalidAddressException: No tax areas were found during the lookup
Postal Code=95032, City=LOSGATOS, Sub Division=DEFAULT, Main Division=CA, Country=USA, As Of Date=20140116
