Manager Self Service Appraisals Competencies not on screen - No Results Found (Doc ID 1616531.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

The list of competencies attached to an appraisal cannot be seen.

After the appraisal details are entered, the competencies do not display and the competencies table shows
 
 


"No Results Found".




Steps To Reproduce:

 The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Competencies entered on an appraisal
2. These are showing up when first accessing the review page and can be reviewed
3. After applying the changes and trying to review these on the Main Appraiser page, the competencies are no longer showing up
