PO Output For Communication Does Not Regenerate Document When Launched From Inquire, View Document (Doc ID 1616798.1)

When viewing a Purchase Order (PO) via Inquire > View Document, changes which have just been made are sometimes not shown.

After running the 'PO Output for Communication' concurrent request and specifying 'Regenerate Document', the changes are then reflected.

How can Inquire > View Document be changed to have the same behaviour as the 'PO Output for Communication' concurrent request when Regenerate Document=Yes?
