Symptoms
In Oracle e-Commerce Gateway and Oracle Supplier Scheduling, Release 12.1.3, when profile option "ECE: SPSO Exclude Zero Schedule From Flat File" is set to "YES", then concurrent request "OUT : Planning Schedule (830/DELFOR)" does not create a data file.
