Goal

When a lot-specific UOM conversion is created in one organization, and we try to do an inter-org transfer to another org, using quantities that are within the deviation for the lot-specific UOM conversion but are outside the deviation based on the item level UOM conversion, we get the error, "The quantity entered is higher than the allowed deviation for the item."

How can we have the lot-specific UOM conversion be global, or be copied to the new org.

Also, how can they be kept in sync across organizations? If we change the conversion in one org, we want it to automatically be updated in the other orgs also.
