DayDuration and/or DistanceDuration Rate Service Failing When Using Interim Stops (Doc ID 1618203.1)

Symptoms

Customer has an itinerary with an Interim Leg. They are attempting to plan a shipment on this leg that uses a Rate with a Rate Service of DayDuration. This fails with:

ServiceTime Shipment: xxxxxxxx (<DOMAIN>.<SOURCE>-><DOMAIN>.<INTERIM>-><DOMAIN>.<DESTINATION>) is not 2 stop shipment, can not use this rate service: <DOMAIN>.<RATE_SERVICE>.”
