Error 'ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException' Changing Service Provider And Clicking Refresh Button (Doc ID 1618448.1)

Symptoms

When multiple planned shipments for the same service provider are selected at once and 'Change Service Provider' action is used, it works for the first shipment but when navigated to next shipment and available options are selected and 'Refreshed', an error - 'ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException' is thrown. Thus user is unable to change carrier.
