Receiving APP-JTF-210266 error when adding role to Salesperson

Steps To Reproduce
===========================
CRM Administrator-->Resource Manager--> Maintain resources-->Resources > query Contact, category 'Supplier Contact', select role 'Sales compensation' / CMU_SALES_COMP error

APP-CN-00001: A sales compensation role cannot be assigned to a resource that is not a salesperson. click ok error

APP-JTF-210266: Returned Error status from the Post Vertical User Hook
