When attempting to send a ActualShipment XML to OTMwith dates in the past, the following error occurs.

Error creating Stop Order Bundle for Shipment Stop DOMAIN.SHIPMENT STOP_NUM. Order movements that are picked up/delivered at this stop do not have overlap time windows.
