EGO_ITEM_PUB.PROCESS_ITEMS API Is Updating The LAST_UPDATE_DATE Of All Organization Items When Master Item Attribute is Updated

On : 11.5.10.2 version, Catalog items
Actual Behavior
When using the EGO_ITEM_PUB.PROCESS_ITEMS API to update processing lead times in all of their organizations.
When running the API for just the Master org the API updates the LAST_UPDATE_DATE on all the inventory items
with the same inventory_item_id even though we only updated the MASTER ORG LEAD times.
However, when we run the API for any org besides the Master org it updates the individual organization record correctly.
Expected Behavior
Expect only the Master org last update date should be updated.
Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch EGO_ITEM_PUB.PROCESS ITEMS to update item attribute in master org.
