Symptoms

When attempting to run Transfer Time from OTL to BEE for one company, the following error occurs:

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20001: :
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_MESSAGE", line 509
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_HR_OTC_RETRIEVAL_INTERFACE", line 1692
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_HR_OTC_RETRIEVAL_INTERFACE", line 1787

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Using OTL Application Developer responsibility.

2. Navigate to View > Requests > Submit a new request.

3. Run Transfer Time from OTL to BEE.

4. Concurrent finish in error.
