R12:XTR: 'Transfer Journals to GL' Window Allows Transfer To GL of a Batch that has Already Been Transferred (Doc ID 1621809.1)

Symptoms

With the System Parameters "Allow repeated transfers of the transferred journal batches to General Ledger" set to No the Transfer Journals to GL window Transfer to GL button is available to transfer again a batch id that was just transferred with the following Decision box:
Batch has already been transferred to GL. Do you want to transfer the batch again?
With the System Parameters "Allow repeated transfers of the transferred journal batches to General Ledger" set to No the Transfer Journals to GL window Transfer to GL button should be greyed out.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N)Treasury -> Setup -> System -> System Parameters
Set the Allow Repeated Transfers of the Transferred Journal Batches to General Ledger parameter to No.
is set to No.
2. (N) Accounting > Daily journals Window. Find a batch id. Click on transfer to Transfer to GL button.
3. In the Transfer Journals to GL window click on Transfer to Transfer to GL button and answer Yes in the Decision box:
Do you want to submit the journal transfer process for company XXX and batch id YYY?
4. The transfer to GL button in the Transfer Journals to GL window is now greyed out.
4. Without closing the window click the Batch id field. The Transfer Journals to GL window Transfer to GL button is enabled again.
