ORA-04063 Error Applying SLA Hot Patch - FAILED: file cstmtaupgpost.sql on worker

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Run the SLA Hot Patch or SLA post-upgrade process as follows:
1.Run AutoPatch with options=hotpatch.
2.Specify $XLA_TOP/patch/115/driver/xla5584908.drv when prompted for the unified driver.
Symptoms
The SLA hot patch fails with:
FAILED: file cstmtaupgpost.sql on worker 1.
FAILED: file cstmtaupgpost.sql on worker 2.
FAILED: file cstmtaupgpost.sql on worker 3.
FAILED: file cstmtaupgpost.sql on worker 4.
FAILED: file cstmtaupgpost.sql on worker 5.
FAILED: file cstmtaupgpost.sql on worker 6.
FAILED: file cstmtaupgpost.sql on worker 7.
FAILED: file cstmtaupgpost.sql on worker 8.
The adworker logs show the following error:

Tried to manually compile the APPS.CST_SLA_UPDATE_PKG package.
Received the following error:
[Error] ORA-00942 (2191: 35): PL/SQL: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
