GTAS: FV Global Attributes Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) is Missing from the Customer Account Page (Doc ID 1624107.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to create a Customer Account and find the FV Global Attributes Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) is missing from the Customer Account page.

This DFF is available on the Vendor / Supplier header, but it is missing in Customer header.

Without this, you cannot create any Transactions for Federal Customers.
