R12: 1099 Supplier Exceptions Report Not Showing Taxpayer ID for Some Suppliers (Doc ID 1624670.1)

Taxpayer ID is blank on 1099 Supplier Exception Report output for some suppliers, even though the Taxpayer ID is populated for the same supplier on Suppliers > Tax Details page
The 1099 Supplier Exceptions Report does not show the Taxpayer ID (TIN) for some suppliers. It does show the TIN for others.
Upon review all of the suppliers with missing TINs are either Employee type suppliers or Non-Employee type suppliers with Organization Type = Individual or Foreign Individual.
