On : 12.1.3 version, Core HR - General
When attempting to add a salary proposal to a new hire the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make a new hire. Fill all details of Personal Information and Assignment.
2. Give Salary Basis.
3. Hit Salary Tab. Page opens in jsp page.
4. Hit Add New Salary. Enter details and click apply.
The system throws an error : Element entry overlaps with another entry of the same type
