Unable to Remove Sections of a Grid in View Manager Layout

Symptoms
We attempting to create manager layouts for the carriers and end users, for example in the Shipment View
There are a lot of fields in the 'More' section that are not needed, there isn't an option to remove the Customize Grid Sections as there was in previous versions.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configuration and Administration / User Configuration / Manager Layout Finder
2. Query Shipment_View
3. Copy The shipment_View
4. Go to Details tab
5. In the section : Customize Section: More
the Customize Grid Sections do not include the option to delete
