OEXOEORD: ORA-01422 ERROR SALESPERSON IN SALES ORDER FORM (Doc ID 1626798.1)

Symptoms

The Salesperson LOV on the Sales Order Form shows multiple records for the same name , and when any of the
record is selected the following error is shown

ERROR

ORA-01422:exact fetch returns more than requested number
of rows in Package OE_Order_Cache Procedure Load_Salesrep_rec


Steps
------
1) Open Sales order form.
2) Enter Sales order Header.
3) Invoke the Salesperson LOV.
4) select one of the multiple values shown.
5) Save.
6) Error, "ORA-01422:exact fetch returns more than requested number
of rows in Package OE_Order_Cache Procedure Load_Salesrep_rec" is shown.

Note: This issue is not restricted to the Sales Order Form alone , but would impact any other form that accesses the Salesperson data
