In the assignment form, for one employee, when one tries to update the assignment, the following error occurs :

ERROR:
FRM-40735: POST-UPDATE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01403

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Responsibility: XX HRMS Manager

2. Navigate to the People > Enter and Maintain > Query Employee

3. Click Assignment > Make a change in the assignment > Save

4. Get the error
