Goal

How can you prevent Field Service Technician Portal (FSTP) users/technicians from submitting orders for their parts requirements?
For example: If there is a company policy that allows only supervisors to submit orders, There is a need to hide the 'Add Source' button on the parts requirement page. 
Users could then enter their parts requirements, but not actually submit them as there is no source information entered.
