Problem description
In 12.0.6, R12.HR_PF.A.delta.11, when one runs the API hr_person_absence_api.delete_person_absence, the following error occurs :

HR_7155 object Invalid

Steps to reproduce
1. Run the api hr_person_absence_api.delete_person_absence
2. Get the error
