Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Purchase Order

When attempting to Autocreate PO from Requisition, the following error occurs.

Replication Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to autocreate form.
2. Select Requisition lines.
3. Try to Autocreate, the error occurs.
