Advanced Scheduler Error: "The request SearchIntelligentOptions did not complete successfully" While Scheduling The Task (Doc ID 1631169.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.2 version (or later), SUPPCODES

When attempting to schedule a task using the scheduling advice window (no matter what scheduling mode is used), the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The request SearchIntelligentOptions did not complete successfully. Please refer to the Help>Diagnostics>Logging menu for information about the cause of the request failure. If no logging found, please enable logging on level Error and execute the request again.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create SR with Field Service task
2. try to schedule the task using scheduling advice


Changes

 upgraded to 12.1.2 or later
