Proxy Error When Attempting to Click on Ask OTM -> Rates (Doc ID 1631655.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to click on Ask OTM -> Rates, after delay of 2-3 min, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

PROXY ERROR
The request could not be process. An invalid response was received by the proxy or gateway server.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Set property glog.webserver.riq_mode=trim

2. Click on Ask->RIQ
