Goal

Question 1: Recently had an issue with Workflow Deferred Agent Listener and Workflow Deferred Notification Agent Listener in a System Deactivated state. Were able to bring up the listeners, but are trying to find the root cause?

Question 2: Is there a possibility to increase the max error count and if so, any drawbacks with this?
