REP-3000: Internal Error When Starting Oracle Toolkit on AIX with Xvnc (Doc ID 1632758.1)

Symptoms

When submitting a Concurrent request,the following error occurs:

"Xlib: connection to "<nodename>" refused by server
Xlib: Client is not authorized to connect to Server
REP-3000: Internal error starting Oracle Toolkit.
"

This can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. Submit a concurrent request from the Standard Request Submission (SRS).
2. The Error results.
