When submitting a Concurrent request,the following error occurs:
Xlib: Client is not authorized to connect to Server
REP-3000: Internal error starting Oracle Toolkit.
This can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Submit a concurrent request from the Standard Request Submission (SRS).
2. The Error results.
