Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version,

Brazilian Localization:

Attempting to create an invoice, using the Latin Tax Engine Ship From / Ship To Site Tax Code Rule and receive the following error:

Error: No Tax Code associated to RATE level rule for Tax Category ICMS-C and contributor type CONTRIBUINTE

It only works for Latin Tax Group Tax Code rule.

However, all Brazilian Localization Setup is configured as: Tax Group, Rules (rate and base), Locations, etc.
