Symptoms
When attempting to perform receipt using Purchasing User Responsibility the following error occurs.

RVTTH-445: Subroutine Please define all applicable accounts.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use responsibility SRM - Purchasing User
2. Perform receipt and the error occurs
3. User responsibility Purchasing Super User
4. The receipt completes with no error.
