Project Diagnostic gives the following error for all projects and all customers though the customer is active:

Customer Information [Top]

ATTENTION - Customer at top task is enabled for this project. Below is the default top task customer information. Revenue and Invoice will be generated against customer attached to top task.

Status = A

Baselined funding for the customer exists

Bill To Address = 1 <Address>, United Kingdom (Id = <ID>)


ERROR - There is no active bill to site use for the bill to address selected
ACTION - Review the address information above. Either activate a bill to site use for this address or select a different address for this customer

Ship To Address = 1 <Address>, United Kingdom (Id = <ID>)


ERROR - There is no active ship to site use for the ship to address selected
ACTION - Review the address information above. Either activate a ship to site use for this address or select a different address for this customer
