Symptoms
Business Intelligence Enterprise 11.1.1.7.x, Java API Delivery Services issues
BI Publisher Bursting report output delivery fails with the following error:
Output failed.

1. Define bursting query.
2. Set the report properties.
3. Submit the job and it fails with the above shown error.
