Symptoms
Preferred rate icon is not showing for preferred rates in the Rate Inquiry (RIQ) result.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Preferred rate icon should be there for preferred rates in the RIQ result.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Setup rates and indicate which ones are preferred.
2. Execute a RIQ
3. The rates that are preferred should show the preferred icon.
