When attempting to create Standard Purchase Order (PO) from Global Blanket Purchase Agreement (GBPA) , the following error occurs :

1. Item IAA1T119-11010 exist in Global Blanket Purchase Agreement number 14002117 in line 11, expiration date is null
2. Agreement Terms showed the effective to is null
3. Requisition number 1400004608 consist of item IAA1T119-11010 and DFF showed blanket 14002117
4. When choose create, the Note"One of the requisition lines selected does not match with any of the lines on the Global Agreement. Please selected another Global Agreement" poped up
