While managing tax for an Purchase Order, the following warning message appears:

Error:
An error has occurred during tax calculation which could impact tax information display.


Replication Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate Purchase Orders > Purchase Order and create a Purchase Order PO
2. Go to Actions >  Manage Tax.
3. Press button:  Additional Tax Information,
4. Warning appears
This warning message should not appear as the PO was correctly created and tax got calculated as expected.
