Goal

User imported Labor Distributions into Project Accounting (PA) in March before closing February PA period. Some of the LD transactios were dated in February and imported into the Feb PA period. When Create Accounting was run, the Feb. transactions threw an error because the Feb. GL period is closed. User cannot open GL period. We need to change the Feb. PA period to March so we can transfer to GL.
