Goal

The option 'Archive On' can be set to 'Transmission' or 'Approve'. The purpose of this Note is to explain the difference in behaviour when set either to 'Transmission' or to 'Approve'.

The option can be set through the form 'Document Types' from the following navigation:
From the Purchasing responsibility > Setup : Purchasing > Document Types
