Symptoms

When an Employee it terminated and Final Process Date is entered, the HR Manager can no longer access the person's assignment and the following error is received;

APP-PAY-06346: This person does not have a current period of

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
==================
1. HR Manager
2. People > Enter and Maintain
3. Find the person that was terminated and Final Processed
4. Click the Assignment button
5. Error
