Imputed Income Being ended with Subsequent Event

Symptoms
Find that the Participant Imputed Income enrollment is ending when processing subsequent life events. Expect no change to the enrollment unless the plan subject to imputed is changed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
- Navigate to People > Benefits Service Center and query a new employee.
- Process the New Hire/Rehire life event.
Employee will be automatically enrolled in the plan subject to imputed.
The Participant Imputed Income Shell Plan can be seen in the Enrollment Results form. - Process a subsequent life event.
The plan subject to imputed is unchanged but the Participant Imputed Income Shell Plan is ended and does not restart.
