Why does View Documents Not Return Anything From MES System (Doc ID 1639591.1)

Why is the Email Center Administration > Intents page not able to pull and display any documents as described below.

1. Email Center Administrator >Administration> Intents
2. Select "Intent Career Break" Click on view document it does not pull document.
