Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Quoting & Negotiation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Sales quote is not populating the item unit cost at the line level without currency conversion.
At the same time for some of the items it is populating the item cost correctly with currency conversion. Selling price is populated correctly after the currency conversion but the unit price is not populated with currency conversion only for Line #1 but for Line#2 and #3 the unit cost is populated with currency conversion

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Selling price is populated correctly after the currency conversion but the unit price is not populated with currency conversion only for Line #1 but for Line#2 and #3 the unit cost is populated with currency conversion

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Negotiation > Quote > Currency 'EUR' > Quote #: 51000NNN
3. Enter 3 lines with the items:
  - line 1.1. > Ordered Item CXXXXXX > Unit Cost = $4.94
  - line 2.1 > Ordered Item GXXXXXX > Unit Cost = $8.43
  - line 3.1 > Ordered Item GXXXXXXX > Unit Cost = $8.87
4. Selling price is populated correctly after the currency conversion but the unit price is not
  populated with currency conversion only for Line #1 but for Line#2 and 3 the unit cost is
  populated with currency conversion
