Goal

The following error occurs when attempting to create an expense report for a contingent worker who was a employee in the past.

The 1361244.1  "Unable To Create Expense Report for an Employee Changed to a Contingent Worker: Java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: peerException list" has been reviewed and steps completed yet the error still occurs.  Why is this error still occurring?
