Symptoms

When opening up the FTI dashboard, results are returned. But when we change the year from 2014 to "All Column Values" we get the following error:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the FTI dashboard.
2. Change the year from 2014 to "All Column Values" and hit apply.
