Symptoms

Technical Analyzer report created with the concurrent program "HCM Technical Analyzer Tool" prints the following warning even though PAY_US_RPT_TOTALS has no record.

Warning: Pay_US_RPT_Totals table should not contain a large number of records. This table temporarily stores records until a US Payroll reports completes successfully, then removes records.
