ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Requisition amendment funded amount increase post award is not available for selection in the Request Linking search screen.
User is attempting to increase the funded amount via a requisition amendment for a Requisition line which is already on an award.
The requisition line is not available via the demand workbench before it is on an award, however, it should be available for selection via requisition linking and is not.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
1. Create award
2. Amend requisition funded with increased amount via a requisition amendment for a Requisition line which is already on an award.
Create a modification to add a new line
For the new line, select Request line linking
Unable to find the Requisition in the Req linking search screen.
3.The requisition line is not available via the demand workbench before it is on an award
however, it should be available for selection via requisition linking and is not.
