Pivot Table Report Output Looks Different in OTM vs outside OTM (Doc ID 1643501.1)

Symptoms

A report with pivot table is created in OTM. When attempting to design and view format template in Microsoft Word, it works. But uploading it into OTM, the result is abnormal.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect report to display the data as per report layout/template.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a cross tab report using query and format template in BI Publisher
2. Using OTM to export data, load data to format template. The format of report looks fine
3. Upload the query and format template to OTM
4. Run the report, report does not look right in OTM with same data query
