Reversing Asset Lines are Rejected with Original Asset Not Posted in Interface to Fixed Assets. (Doc ID 1643785.1)

Symptoms

An asset was created for a project.  The asset was interfaced to Fixed Assets, posted and then reversed.  Later expenditures fail with TRANSFER_REJECTION_REASON in pa_project_asset_lines_all of ASSET_NOT_POSTED and ASSET_NOT_ADJUSTABLE.
