Can Not Log Into HTML Telesales. Error: Failed To Get Sales Group ID Or Sales Role

In 18.104.22.168, Can not log into HTML Telesales. Error: Failed to get sales group ID or sales role
When attempting to log into HTML Telesales, receive the following error message: Failed to get sales group ID or sales role for the current user. User must have at least one role in a valid sales group.
User is a resource with both a telesales manager and sales representative user role. The default profile options OTS: Default User Role is set to Teleservice Manager and the OTS: Default User Sales Group is set to Customer Service. I have already attempted to remove the Sales and Telesales usage from the Group and then re-assign it and save it, but this did not resolve the issue.
Steps to Reproduce
1) . Navigate > Telesales HTML Application User >Telesales Error: Failed to get sales group ID or sales role
